The Magic of Beginnings
I have entertained the thought of starting a whole new blog for a while now. I have set this move aside time and again because I couldn't let go of the old one. It held four years worth of photos, writings, memories and whatnot that, to me, are deeply special. My old blog reflects how I was in the last four years, and in retrospect, nobody really told me how to do this thing called blogging - I trudged this path all by myself for some time, and even thought of quitting this altogether. But, with time passing, I have realized that ultimately, I do this because I love writing (and have loved taking photos, too). I'm not the best storyteller, but to be able to express what I feel and think is a source of great joy. From hereon, I will blog because I still do find writing therapeutic and that I find happiness in preserving moments. This year, I will start anew, not only in and through this online space, but in all my other endeavors in life. I will face every day with greater enthusiasm and will do things I've never done before - including venturing out of my comfort zone.
This year, I am going to be consistent, organized and focused.
I am going to start loving more and giving more.
I am going to be a better version of myself.
I believe that 2015 is gonna be a great year and I choose to forget the hardships and loneliness of 2014. But I will forever remember the life experiences then that taught me to continue anticipating a beautiful life even though life, itself, may sometimes show the contrary. Whatever the situation is, I know that I can always count on the Mercy of God and the grace of wonderful relationships.
Welcome to my Nth Diary! I am looking forward to sharing new stories and precious moments with all of you who stumble upon this little corner.
Cheers!
